Our Process


STEP 1 - Initial meeting & estimate

Simply call and we will arrange a time for you to meet with one of our experienced Builders Steve or Scott. They will discuss your requirements and, using their wealth of knowledge, advise you on the best outcome. From here, we can work on a Building Estimate for your project. We understand you may need to stick to a strict Budget, so we can tailor a package to suit your needs.



STEP 2 - Preliminary concept design & quote


Next we will draw up a Preliminary Agreement. There are 2 options here:
 Option A: $500+ GST. If you are weighing up your options and aren't sure whether a second storey is quite right for you, we will draw up a 3D concept design and work out a Ballpark build cost. This Does NOT lock you in to a contract nor any further work, but gives you the knowledge to decide whether an extension is right for you. (an extra $400+GST is required if detailed existing house plans cannot be supplied) Option B: $3850+ GST. This is for those who are ready for a full Design and Plan set, complete with Energy Efficiency, Engineering and Structural Design. Accompanied with a Fixed Price Contract and Specification, ready for submission for Council Approval. (NOTE: This step is Necessary for Finance approval by your bank)



STEP 3 - Approvals

Once we have designed your dream home improvement and the Fixed Price Contract has been signed. All necessary documents are submitted for approval. Remember, we take care of all of this so you don't have to! You will only ever have to deal with one Person



STEP 4 - Construction of the job

We will endeavor to commence your project as soon as it is released from local authorities, and focus on maximizing tradesman attendance to ensure to smoothest operation with as little disruption to your everyday life as possible. A work schedule is carefully planned and adhered to, streamlining your project. Communication is always a priority.
