Upper Level Living was formed southwest of Brisbane by Stesco Constructions in 2008.  The business was formally owned by Scott and Stephen (licensed builders) and their wives, Angie and Chelsey.  In 2023, Stephen and Chelsey retired from the business to pursue other life goals.  Scott and Angie continue to own and operate the company. Initially, Scott and Steve saw there was limited opportunity in the housing and renovation market for clients to be provided with one-on-one personal service, providing a fixed price contract for a product/service that could be tailored to suit the clients' very own budget and specific requirements.  This brought the beginning of Stesco Constructions, which now trades as Upper Level Living.

With only a small team, we are currently only servicing the South and West side of Brisbane, as well as Ipswich and Surrounding suburbs.

Scott is a licensed Builder and as well, has completed courses in "Green sustainable Building". Rob, Aaron and Riley are Qualified Carpenters who have been part of the family and team for many years.  They both have extensive knowledge in all aspects of renovating. 

The Team is multi-skilled with every one of the senior guys holding a Skid-steer and Excavator Ticket. All staff are trained in Silica Awareness, First Aid and Fire Safety.
